Tuna Pasta Bake Prep 5 mins, Cooks 20 mins, Serves 4 Ingredients: 200g (7 oz) pasta shapes 295g can Erin Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup 200ml (7 fl. oz) milk ½ bunch spring onions, chopped 200g can tuna, drained 100g (3½ oz) cheddar cheese, grated 200g (7 oz) sweetcorn, drained (optional) Method: 1. Cook pasta as per pack instructions. 2. Stir in soup, milk, onions and tuna (and sweetcorn, if using) and heat through, stirring regularly. 3. Transfer to a 1.2lt (2 pt) flame-proof dish, top with cheese and grill until golden.
