Chicken with White Wine & Herbs Prep 5 mins, Cooks 20 mins, Serves 4 Ingredients: 15ml (1 tbsp) vegetable oil 4 chicken fillets, sliced 100g (3 1/2 oz) mushrooms, sliced 295g can Erin Cream of Chicken & White Wine Condensed Soup 200ml (7fl. oz) milk 15ml (1 tbsp) fresh parsley, chopped Method: 1. Stir-fry chicken for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 5 minutes. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring regularly. 3. Serve with vegetables.
