Preparation and Usage

Recipe Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts, diced. 1 onion, diced. 125g (4oz) baby mushrooms. 1 red pepper, sliced. 4 tablespoons of single cream. 1 handful of freshly chopped parsley. 1. Place chicken and onion in a large frying pan or saucepan, brown over a high heat for 4-5 minutes. Add the pepper and mushrooms. 2. Blend the Chicken Supreme mix with 425ml (3/4 pint) of milk. Cover and simmer over a low heat for 30 minutes on the hob until the chicken is fully cooked. 3. Remove from the heat, stir in the cream and sprinkle with the parsley.
