Preparation and Usage

Instructions for use Rinse barley with cold water. Allow 21g per serving. Place in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour 15 minutes or until tender. Ensure pan does not boil dry. Can also be used as a thickener for soups, stews and casseroles.

Storage

Once opened, please store in an airtight container, in a cool dry place.
