Tacos for all tastes Chipotle Beef Tacos Fry a diced onion, finely chopped garlic and a diced potato with 500 grams of minced beef. season with a spoonful of gran luchito chipotle paste, salt and pepper, add a splash of beer and simmer until cooked. serve with shredded lettuce, fresh avocado and a spoonful of gran luchito tomatillo salsa. Smoky Pulled Pork Tacos Slow cook pork shoulder steaks (600 grams) for 2-3 hours, with 2 tablespoons of gran luchito guajillo taco & spice mix, sliced onions, chopped garlic and a splash of orange juice. Shred the meat with a fork and serve with shredded cabbage and gran luchito mango habañero salsa. Crunchy Veggie Tacos For a veggie option, sauté diced onion and mushrooms with a tablespoon of gran luchito crunchy salsa macha, add freshly chopped coriander on top. Serve with guacamole and a dollop of sour cream.
Storage
Store at room temperature. Once opened seal leftover taco shells in food-storage plastic bag or container.

Ancho Chicken Crunchy Tacos 25 mins Serves 2-3 400 grams of chicken cut into strips 2 tbsp Gran Luchito Ancho BBQ Fajita & Taco Mix 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1-2 Limes 10 Gran Luchito Taco Shells 2 cups of guacamole 1 jar Gran Luchito Chipotle Salsa Also works great with fish, vegetables or steak 1. Place the chicken strips in a bowl, add the Gran Luchito Ancho BBQ Taco Mix, the olive oil and the juice of 1 lime. 2. Mix well and leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes. 3. Cook the chicken strips over a hot pan and let them get a nice colour on both sides (6-7 min). Remove from the heat once ready. 4. Place Gran Luchito Hard Shell Tacos on a baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for 2-3 min. 5. Fill the taco shells with chicken, add guacamole and a spoonful of Gran Luchito Chipotle Salsa. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
