Recipe Hoisin Chicken Stir-Fry - Serves 2 2 fine egg noodle nests 2tbsp sunflower oil 1 Pack prepared stir-fry vegetables 2tbsp hoisin sauce 3tbsp soy sauce Handful of chopped coriander 300g chicken Method: Heat oil in a wok, add chicken and cook through. Add vegetables and cook. For a further 5 minutes. Add cooked noodles, hoisin sauce and soy sauce-cook for 3 mins. Garnish with coriander to serve.
