Bunalun Organic Cream Of Tomato Soup Ingredients: (Serves 4) 1 jar of Bunalun Organic Crushed Tomato Passata 25g butter 2 medium onions, finely chopped 2 celery sticks, chopped 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped Pinch of caster sugar 500ml Bunalun Organic Chicken or Vegetable Bouillon Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper 125ml single cream Bunalun Organic Original or Dairy Free Pesto (optional) Method: Melt the butter in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the onions and celery and cook for 15 minutes until soft, adding the garlic for the last few minutes. Add the Bunalun Organic Crushed Tomato Passata, sugar, stock and seasoning. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and when it has cooled slightly blend the soup in small batches until smooth. Return to the saucepan, add cream and heat through. At this stage stir through a little Bunalun Original or Dairy Free Pesto if you wish. Check seasoning and serve.
