Preparation and Usage

Instructions for use Rinse 100g quinoa with cold water. Bring 300ml water or stock to boil in a large pan and then carefully add the quinoa. Stir well, cover with a lid and reduce heat to low. Simmer for approx. 20 minutes until most of the water has been absorbed. Remove from heat, drain any excess water and allow to stand for approx. 10 minutes. Fluff the grains with a fork and use as required.

Storage

Once opened, please store in an airtight container, in a cool dry place.
