Preparation and Usage

Usage Directions: 01 Use a sharp knife to split the pods lengthways to expose the vanilla seeds. 02 Scrape the seeds out and use as directed in your recipe. 03 For cooked sweet dishes boil the scraped pod in cream or liquid and remove afterwards to unleash the full flavour of the pod. Tip: The empty pod can be placed in a jar of sugar to infuse with vanilla flavour.

Storage

Best before end: See base of pack. Keep sealed, store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
