Our Fruit Crumble Ingredients 125g/4oz/4 level scoops Odlums Cream Plain Flour 125g/4 oz Margarine (room temperature) 125g/4oz/4 level scoops Shamrock Light Brown Sugar 175g/6oz/6 heaped scoops Odlums Porridge Oatflakes Fruit of your choice - 2 Large Apples, 4 large Rhubarb stalks, (225g/8oz) Mixed Berries Sugar to sweeten Water Top Tip... Always sieve your flour before cooking and baking for best results. To Make Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas 5 Put flour into a bowl, add in margarine and rub into flour with your fingers. Add in sugar and oatflakes and mix together. Prepare fruit. Prepare apples/rhubarb if making apple/rhubarb crumble. Put fruit in ovenproof dish. Spoon crumble over fruit. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes. To stew apples/rhubarb Peel and roughly chop two large cooking apples or 4 large stalks of rhubarb, cleaned, trimmed, sliced into 1"/2 1/2 cm pieces. Place fruit into a microwaveable bowl. Add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of water. Microwave on High power for about 5 to 7 minutes (850W). As ovens may vary refer to manufacturer's manual. Enjoy!
