Creamy White Frosting What you need: 120g butter 170g sifted icing sugar 120g melted Homecook Wonderbar as per instructions. Method: With a wooden spoon, cream together the butter and the icing sugar. Add the melted Wonderbar and use as a filling or topping for cakes and biscuits. White Chocolate Cheesecake What you will need: 250g Homecook Wonderbar 225g crème fraîche 450g soft cream cheese 4 large free-range eggs 1 vanilla pod, seed scraped out butter, for greasing 55g biscuit crumbs, to dust over the buttered tin (use any type you love - chocolate digestive are good) Method: 1. Pour Melt the Homecook Wonderbar into a bowl & fold in crème fraîche until smooth. 2. Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until soft, then add the eggs one by one, along with the seeds scraped from the vanilla pod. 3. Fold the Wondebar mixture into the cream cheese mixture. 4. Grease a 25cm/10in cake tin and sprinkle the base with the biscuit crumbs to cover. Pour the chocolate and cream cheese mixture into the tin and bang down on a firm surface to remove any air bubbles. 5. Alternatively, use individual cake tins. 6. Bake in a low oven, 150°C/300°F/Gas 2, for 45 minutes-1 hour, or until the centre is just firm. 7. Allow to rest for several hours to firm up, before turning out and serving. 8. Serve with fresh raspberries
