What you need: 1 packet of Dr. Oetker Classic Pancake Mix, 350 ml milk (or your favourite milk alternative) Let's get cooking 1. Pour the milk and the pancake mix into a bowl and mix with a whisk or electric mixer until smooth. 2 Heat a small amount of butter or oil in a large circular frying pan over medium heat. 3 Pour a ladle of batter into the heated pan, tilting the pan to move the mixture around for a thin and even layer. 4 Cook the first side on a medium heat for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. 5 Flip the pancake over and cook for a further 1-2 minutes on the other side. Repeat until all the batter is used up.
