Shopping List: 450g sausages 2 medium onions (sliced) 115g mushrooms (sliced) 1 red pepper (diced) 300ml cold water Method: 1. Add 1tbsp. of oil to a preheated pan and fry sausages on a medium heat until brown. 2. Add onions & peppers and continue to cook for a further few minutes. 3. Place in an oven proof dish, mix seasoning with 300ml water & pour over. 4. Cover with foil & cook in the oven until fully cooked up to 40 minutes. 5.
