Preparation and Usage

To make 12 delicious tacos add: 500g Minced beef, 1 red pepper, 1 red onion, 2 tomatoes, 125g grated cheese, Co-Op mild salsa, Co-Op guacamole, 12 taco shells Cook it: Add a splash of oil to the pan and soften the diced red pepper and red onion with the minced beef and brown. Sprinkle and stir in the taco seasoning, add 150ml water. Bring to the boil and reduce heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally until reduced to a rich tasty taco filling. Vegetarian recipe: You will need instead of the minced beef - 1 x diced small courgette, green pepper, pack of baby corn sliced and a tin of chopped tomatoes. (See make it). Make it: Warm the 12 taco shells and evenly fill with either the beef or veggie taco mix, top with the grated cheese, diced tomato, tomato salsa and guacamole and serve... Ondelay, Ondelay! Cook it: Add a splash of oil to a hot pan and stir fry the vegetables for 2 minutes add the tin of chopped tomatoes and stir in the sachet of taco seasoning. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until reduced to a rich and tasty veggie taco filling.
