Preparation and Usage

Instructions for use Semolina pudding (Serves 3-4) Ingredients: 1 pt (568 ml) milk, knob of butter, 60g semolina, 50g sugar Heat the milk and butter in a saucepan and sprinkle on the semolina. Continue to heat and stir until the milk boils and the mixture thickens. If mixture does not thicken, gently add a little more semolina until you get desired consistency. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes, until the grain is clear, stirring all the time. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar. Serve immediately.

Storage

Once opened, please store in an airtight container, in a cool dry place.
