White Bean Mash With Garlic and Rosemary (Vegeterian) : A quick bean mash, delicately flavoured with rosemary and garlic. The perfect alternative to classic mashed potatoes. INGREDIENTS : 60ml Extra virgin olive oil 4 tsp Epicure Chopped Garlic 4 sprigs Rosemary 2 tins Epicure Butter Beans in Salted Water salt, to taste Method : Add the olive oil, chopped garlic and rosemary to a medium sized saucepan. Set over a medium low heat until it just starts to sizzle, then turn to low and cook over a gentle heat for 5 minutes. Carefully remove the sprigs of rosemary. Tip the beans into the saucepan and mash with the oil and garlic until the desired consistency is reached and the mash is heated through. Taste and season with salt if necessary.
