Harvested from Atlantic water off the West Coast of Ireland, and using a process unique to William Carr, these mackerel fillets are cured and gently smoked over a unique blend of Beech, Ash and Oak, then topped with black peppercorns to create a full rich flavour and a smoked mackerel unsurpassed in texture and taste.
