Horgan's 1921 vintage Reserve Irish Cheddar, which has been specially selected by Michael Horgan, is the product of generations of passionate Irish cheese makers and is our finest cheddar yet. The cheddar has been aged for up to two years to give a distinctive strong flavour. Through the lenghty maturation process, salt crystals form naturally, giving a distinctive crumbly texture and a real bite. Refined sweet notes balance out its tangy sharpness.

Keep refrigerated 0°C to 5°C. Cheese: Consume within 3 days of opening. Relish: Consume within 6 months of opening. Soda bread toasts: Once opened store in an airtight container. To re-crunch, heat for 5 minutes in a warm oven (150°C) and allow to cool before eating.
