Glenilen Farm Live Natural Yoghurt with Raspberries 4 x 125g
Made on our farm in Drimoleague, West Cork, this yoghurt is made with a few simple ingredients and gut friendly bacteria. Both yoghurt and sauerkraut are fermented foods rich in good bacteria, we prefer yoghurt!
Alan & Valerie Kimpton
It is made up of the naturally occurring milk sugar called lactose, the naturally occurring fruit sugar called fructose and the minimum of added sugar.
With fresh, wholesome milk from West Cork and recipes devised down on the farm, we launched our first products at a local farmers market. And less proved to be more, with our blend of simplicity and authentic farmhouse taste satisfying the appetites of everyone who values good food, thoughtfully prepared.
That was then, this is now. And we're still doing what comes naturally. From our farmhouse recipes, carefully sourced ingredients and reusable glass jars to our use of solar power and recycled rainwater, we're not only committed to sustainability and social responsibility, we're also committed to delivering food that's uncomplicated and full of goodness; Food made with a conscience behind it.
When it comes to food as well as life, we believe simple is best.

Further Description
Trust Your Gut The weight of good bacteria in your gut (microbiome), is 1-2kg, about the same as your brain. Your brain and gut are connected (by the vagus nerve). The bacteria in your stomach make products that we can't get in our diet but are essential for our wellbeing and health. In addition, the good bugs in our tummys need us to exercise and provide a source of fibre also, for them to thrive. Latest research shows that the ingestion of Bifidobacterium (we add these to our yoghurts) increases tryptophan in the blood stream, which is a building block for serotonin, very important for a good mood, sleep & appetite.

Brand Marketing
At Glenilen Farm We don't design our dairy product using man made additives and preservatives, artificial colourings and sweeteners. In fact we don't add anything at all, apart from our passion for letting a few simple ingredients speak for themselves. It all began in 1997 on a dairy farm that's been in the kingston family's safe hands for generations.
