This wine, with a very dark, deep, red colour, comes with a nose of black cherry enhanced by minty touches. A wine with an elegant flavour thanks to its strong backbone of ripe tannins. Its long, pleasant finish make it ideal for drinking with a pepper steak or a sirloin steak cooked over vine shoots. To be enjoyed now, or kept for 5 to 6 years.
